Crystic 2-414PA is a low styrene emission, pre-accelerated, thixotropic polyester resin with low styrene emission. Its rapid wet out low exotherm and fast hardening characteristics make it ideal for thick multi layer laminates in spray or hand lay applications. Crystic 2-414PA is recommended for boat building and applications where a fast turn round is required. Crystic 2-414PA is approved by Lloyds Register of Shipping for the construction of craft under their survey. It also meets the requirement of BS3532: 1990: Type A.

Crystic 2-8500PA is a low styrene emission, pre-accelerated, orthophthalic polyester resin, which rapidly wets out reinforcements. It’s a general-purpose resin and has been specifically designed non-critical and industrial applications. It is not suitable for boat manufacture, chemical resistant, or mouldings that would contact with food products.

Crystic 356PA

Crystic 356PA is a pre-accelerated, flled polyester resin, recommended for the production of opaque fire retardant laminates. For laminates with excellent weather resistance it is recommended that 356PA be combined with either Crystic Gelcoats 65PA or 96PA. recommended for use in manufacture, of products associated with the building, marine and land transport. Approvals: Class 1 BS476 part 6 & 7 and section E 15 of Building Regulations 1985 Class O structure.

Crystic 491PA is a versatile pre-accelerated isophalic resin developed for the manufacture of laminates for use in a wide range of critical applications where a tough high performance water and chemical resistant resin is required. When fully cured and post cured Crystis 491PA is resistant to fuel oils and similar chemicals. Crystic 491PA has a low levels of residual styrene and is suitable for manufacture of food and water containers.

Crystic VE679PA is a pre-accelerated, thixotropic, DCPD modified, vinyl ester resin. Crystic VE679PA was develpoed for use as a skin coat in marine and tooling applications. Crystic VE679PA has excellent blister resistance and significantly reduces the occurance of print through, to produce durable mouldings with enhanced surface finish. Butanox M50

Catalyst is a clear, colourless liquid comprising of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKP) in Dimethyl Phthalate. This general purpose MEKP is used for the curing of Cobalt accelerated unsaturated polyester resins at room temperature suitable for hand lay or spray applications.
